海洋生物資源産品
為高質量按時完成國家重點研發計劃“藍色糧倉科技創新”重點專項“黃渤海灘塗生态農牧化與三産融合模式示範”項目課題“灘塗生态農牧場特色生物資源産品和生物制品及示範”(課題編号:2020YFD0900704),研究開發了“鈍頂螺旋藻粉&蛋白核小球藻粉”複合片,體外抗腫瘤活性測試表明:混合片提取物對人結腸癌細胞HCT116的抑制率比單獨的鈍頂螺旋藻粉、蛋白核小球藻粉提取物分别高出12.7%、8.9%,對肝癌細胞HepG2的抑制率比單獨的鈍頂螺旋藻粉、蛋白核小球藻粉提取物分别高出17.4%、28.1%。開發了“裸藻&鈍頂螺旋藻”複合片,混合片提取物對人結腸癌細胞HCT116的抑制率比單獨的鈍頂螺旋藻粉、裸藻粉提取物分别高出7.3%、17.2%;對肝癌細胞HepG2的抑制率比單獨的鈍頂螺旋藻粉、蛋白核小球藻粉提取物分别高出7.3%、24%。兩款産品(專利申請号:202210244327.8)已推向市場,并取得了良好的社會評價和經濟效益。
微藻大規模培養後,藻液的濃度低、體積大, 給保存、運輸和投用帶來極大困難,是國家“節能減排”倡導下面臨的重大“卡脖子”問題。研制了新型的微藻液高效濃縮分離裝置,帶領本科生參加“第十四屆全國大學生節能減排社會實踐與科技競賽”獲得校賽一等獎,國賽三等獎,(作品編号:143238050,作品名稱:新型海藻液高效濃縮分離裝置)”。對該項目進行了科技成果轉化,成果名稱:新型海藻液高效濃縮分離裝置及專有技術(專利号:202122269237.8),交易價格:30萬元。
