海洋細菌培養技術與資源利用;原核微生物系統分類學;比較基因組學
研究經曆簡介:
任職以來累計分離獲得700餘株海洋細菌,發現潛在新分類單元60餘個,發表新屬2個、新種9個,其中包含:具有脫氮、除磷和海藻多糖降解等活性的細菌20餘株;紅杆菌(Rhodobacteraceae)與赤杆菌(Erythrobacteraceae)等細菌80餘株;具有一碳化合物代謝潛能的Parococcus細菌10餘株;含有4個CRISPR-Cas系統的稀有細菌新屬1個。部分功能菌株在廢水處理、水産養殖調水、促植物生長等方面具有明顯的開發利用價值。率先報道Alteromonas菌屬具有生物礦化功能,可能參與海洋中鳥糞石沉積過程。截至2024年7月,以第一和通訊作者在J Appl Microbiol、J Appl Phycol、BMC Genomics、BMC Bioinf、Int J Med Microbiol、Future Microbiol、Int J Syst Evol Microbiol、Antonie Van Leeuwenhoek等期刊發表SCI論文31篇,中文核心期刊論文2篇,授權發明專利1項。主持國家自然科學基金、中國博士後科學基金等項目7項。
研究興趣:
1.海洋細菌多樣性、資源發掘與開發利用;
2.藻菌共生機制及活性制劑開發;
3.海洋優勢細菌類群的基因組進化與生态功能。
